Tom,

These are excellent questions and insights.

I will make sure that they are brought to the attention of PINC.
I don't pretend to be their mouth piece. Nor do I pretend to have the expertise that you obviuosly have on these matters, to provoke such poignant questions.

From my experience with PINC so far, I'd suggest they'd be open to your line of questions as long as you followed due process and didn't presume they were guilty, and had to prove that they were innoncent to warrent your respect. Greg Kraft himself is admittingly not a "techie", he obviously is a spin doctor ie. PR person. He refers technical questions to the tech staff PINC currently employs. PINC contrary to what you may have been led to believe, does have software developers that do develop proprietary software. True the y2k software was acquired, but also as I've been told it has and is being enhanced. In a PM with Josef, I've shared an email I received which clearly demonstrates that PINC is marketing and aggressively pushing a product. Thus, unlike some other true "scam" your posse has uncovered, PINC is not merely pushing stock.

Furthermore, I've had long enough conversations with Greg Kraft and his assistant Paul Sexton to, at least, testify for their sincerity.

What can and can't be said in the few paragraphs of a news release is limited by time and space. There are always words that may be misinterpreted or misconstrued. When I have problems with words and expressions, I first try to ask is this what you meant, before I say this is what you mean.

As to what I know about the product? The product was premiered at COMDEX. It was the prototype and won't be available to the beginning of the first quarter. Their test marketing? I don't know, but as a person who has and has had several small business, who is also a little bit intimidated about how to set up an effected page (despite a lot of experience with graphic art software, art, layout and design), I myself am personally looking forward to this e-commerce product, or one like it, that makes internet accessibilty available for my small businesses and those of some of my clients who don't have the "expertise". My feelings about PINC's product were only heightened by the cover of "FORTUNE" Magazine's December 7th issue which I just received which had on its cover the words "INTERNET OR BUST".

I'm also a big trader/ investor of internets stocks. I've been making (and unfortunately losing sometimes) a lot of money doing this. There is nothing quite as exhilirating as making 100k in three or four days. There is also nothing so depressing as getting greedy and losing it all over the next several days.

So as not to repeat my mistakes, I've been reading like a fiend on this "sector" which is more like a parallel universe of commerce.

Based on my readings and DD for my investments, I've learned quite a bit. I've made mistakes, had successes, and feel that only now am I, like so many others, fully comprehending the impact that the INterenet is having not only on the way we do business, but also on the way we communicate, live and think.

Based on my experiences so far, I couldn't think of a product more timely than PINC's e-commerce tool. I don't know if it is even a fraction of what they claim it to be, for I have not even seen it. But , if it is as user friendly and as accessible as they claim this product may establish Planet City as a real player more so than their y2k product, which I think is of much more limited scope. This possibily or potential is why I venture capital in such a company and not a much larger entity. I understand the risk, I understand the rewards.

So I wait and monitor PINC's share price, allowing them to prove or disprove themselves. I take with a grain of salt advisories. I realize that a company with products to sell has to raise its stature to sell its product, so promotional activity doesn't perturb me. Marketing is very important..just as Bill Gates.

Therefore, to jump to conclusions about this company in particular just is plain unfair. "Call the company". This company would not only welcome your questions. This company Planet City, from my experience, would welcome your input as well. Just ask Greg, about some of my "constructive" criticisms.
