I'm surprised to see nothing come out of the company. I don't think they care too much about the stock price. It looks as though they are too busy running the company to worry about the stock as an investment. I think I should have recognized this earlier. The way insiders were trading this stock (selling on each runup) should have been a greater asterisk in my book. Live and learn....I sold my PTCH for a slight profit. Time to move on to more productive ventures.

Best of luck to those still holding. I think the longer term trend is up, but I can't wait forever. No doubt the stock will explode north now that I'm gone.

Respectfully,
Michael

HI DAVID ,

What I'd like to see is the co. not lose space in the old stores as they are expanding into new stores as you said . In my local K - Mart they still don't have pacer glue on the shelf 2 pegs this has been over a month now . In the same store we lost the 2 pegs we had for GEM in the regular section . 1 peg had emery boards and the other had a 5 pk nail care package . Both sold out . In the same store we do have 5 registers with 1 peg each of emery boards . Those sell out regularly and are refilled on time .

In my local Waldbaums Supermarket just this week the store fixed the shelves again and all 24 pegs of GEM products are no longer on the shelf . They were replaced by Revlon .

When the English co. owned Cook Bates they could compete with the Big Boys and not lose space on the shelf . I just hope that Pacer is not going to be squeezed off the shelves of both glue and Gem products.

This may be a good reason for a larger to take us over . We have good products and we sell them cheaper . We just may need a co. with a little clout to compete for the shelf space .

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK
