Come on man, don't you know, it's not their fault, I mean it was the MMs, it was the volume, it was the NASD, it was the market in general, it was every other brokers fault, it was the derm cow stampeed through the office, it wasn't their fault....it was mine, because I was calling customer support after every trade today to get a confirmation, because I don't know how to use their site and hit the update button and wait 5 minutes for it to come up. IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. just ask any customer service person you talk to....I wonder if Joe Ricketts is paying for the vallium 'scripts all those phone people need to face every day they ride a cow into work?

I have been as straight forward as possible, I stated on this thread that I have a sizeable position because I believe they are doing what has to be done in this new internet commerce world.... The players only have a short window of a couple of years to grab market share . If they have a few problems due to massive demand from their advertising, then so be it , they will be fixed in due time. Meanwhile, 95% of the clientele are very pleased with the nice efficient web site, the low fees and being a part of a new enterprise. The stock is performing exceptionally well and I believe that confirms my scenario. You can dwell on your execution problems or you can look at the bigger picture and make some real money, its up to you....good luck Gil
