I expected, since I was told prior to opening the account that BB can be traded by phone only. Wasn't told that whatever appeared on L2 screen was not to be relied upon if the stock watched was BB. I don't like getting 50% of the available info when I am inquiring about a service that I will utilize for my earnings. Even if what transpired was and is completely normal, knowing this up front would have saved time, money and agrivation. It also caused a feeling of distrust of the service I rely on. Bad acting in my opinion. Shoot
