My two picks are:

--Digital River (DRIV): Industry leader highlighted last week in Investors Business Daily and CNBC's Squawk Box. Provides e-commerce technology for companies such as Cyberian Outpost (COOL), MicroWarehouse, Multiple Zones (MZON), IBM/Lotus, Electronic Arts, etc. Earns 20% of online sales for electronic software delivery and 15% for sales of non-software items physically shipped. DRIV has over 2,000 clients and 131,000 products in its network. Market cap dwarfed by INKT, another Internet software infrastructure stock in a different business. Trading at 21 with about 16 million shares out.

--ExperTelligence (EXGP): Internet software co. designing new portal technology. Marketing alliance recently announced with Saatch & Saatchi. Profitable and small market cap with only 1.5 million shares out. Under accumulation by a private investor with Wall St. connections. Trading at 4 3/4.
