Thanks Sergio for your evaluation of SUMX. I agree that as small caps come back into favor, stocks like SUMX should participate. As pointed out, the float in this stock is small and managements buy-back could have a major impact on earnings. The only other brokerage house that has a rating on the stock is Cruttenden-Roth, and Mr. Roth also sits on the board of SUMX. As for reducing debt, the cash flow is allowing this to be done in an excellent manner. It appears that their acquisition plan is well executed in that they will not consider any company that doesn't create positive earnings from "day one".
