Again, thank you for the info but it's not a full disclosure document and is of little value to those of us who may own the stock and are somewhat worried by management's intransigent's.

"The Company incurred interest on long-term debt of $14.7 million and $33.3 million, respectively, in the three months and nine months ended September 30, 1998 compared with $6.9 million and $19.7 million in the same periods of 1997.

Forgive me but I see a trend here.
