Why does Schwab(the largest online broker in the world I believe) charge almost three times as much as Ameritrade?

They both have browser based Internet executions.

They both provide all the resources for individuals to invest in the stock market etc.

Why?

Because you are psycho?

If MBT became a branch office of JPR they would explode.

There is no way they have the infrastructure to handle a lot of traders.

I don't think that MB switching over to JPR will help... As a registered Series 7 I have looked into opening up a trading floor in the past. JPR charges their branch offices 7 cents per share to aquire equities, while Terra Nova charges their branch offices 7.5 cents per share. So MB's costs would pretty much remain the same... I think that its obvious that they are very interested in protecting their lofty margins that they currently charge in commissions.

Realtick and Winproxy.

Can you operate realtick using Winproxy? How would you configure it?
