If you read it in context with previous posts I don't think so. It appears that the poster is using a similar name as another poster with the number "1" (one) inserted into the name instead of an "l" (the alphabetical letter L, small case). Its a popular means to make fun of one's enemy in Yahoo by assuming their identity. When posting it is almost impossible to tell the difference between the two names. Yahoo does not detect similar names and it is very easy to create close names instantly and assume other's identities.

I guess you have to have lots of spare time on your hands.
