Scan, are you sure of that? It was my understanding that all Terra Nova branch offices were actually like franchises, with each office being owned and operated by the person or persons who sign a contract with TN to open the office. I also thought that these arrangements included the "branch" paying TN a fixed ticket charge, and the branch charging anything they wish, with the excess being gross profit to the branch.

Do I have it wrong?
