Poached is good. I make damn fine poached eggs I must say. Dad taught me how. He and I always had poached eggs on toast when I was a little girl. Sunday's were our breakfast days while he let Mom sleep in. He'd cut up the toast with eggie on it, in little squares so they would be all mushy for me. I loved the middle. He always ate the crust from my plate 'cause I didn't like any crunchy bits with my eggies. To this day I still give him the crust... He thinks that's funny. He would have liked to be COOL too. Damn.
