Hi John, All of the filings should have come up in Edgar. If you check the proxy statements you'll find the big holders of Cornerstone. Then check USWeb's (20+-) proxy...you'll see the third largest shareholder (ahead of Firmage) is the largest shareholder of Cornerstone. He bought around 100,000 shares at $1 in Oct. for his IRA. He was also a Major shareholder of Gray Peak Technologies. USWeb bought them out in May at $7. They will be releasing news regarding a big client: Computers 4 Sure. They have a web site under the same name. Cornerstone helped develop it. I was able to view it two days ago...now it asks for a sign in. Godd Luck, Pam
