Perhaps unlikely but it is possible for a wealthy individual to put in an all or none buy from his RRSP account for 185,000 shares and an all or none sell from his trading account.

If Yamana pops up later to the $2 range someone makes $185,000 tax free while taking a loss in his trading account.Or perhaps there is no loss at all but a strategy to avoid paying a huge capital gains tax later on?

Anything is possible on the T.S.E
