Elizabeth, When all of the present financing is done here are the numbers for you: Present shares: 27,640,839 Convertibles: 8,726,400 Warrants on Convertibles: 4,363,200 ($1.04 each) = $4,537,728 Present financing: 8,000,000 max ($1.00 each) = $8,000,000 Warrants on financing: 4,000,000 max (1.30 each) = $5,200,000 Total Shares: 52,730,439 with an additional $17,737,728 coming in. I can't say that this is the last financing but it should get them through this drilling season. So you were close on your guess as I am sure there are other warrants out there. Curtis P.S.
