Tom Dorsey's site has it, but you would have to pay for the membership ($25/month). However, you could pop your head over into the P&F thread and ask "Yo Dudes, what's the OBP doin' today". I'll take a peek at the chart and give a more detailed explanation anyway....

Dennis, don't worry - it will be all over our favorite threads as soon as the BPOPTI reverses. Also look for first indications of a change in Tom Dorsey's point and figure HILO charts and 10WEEK (percent of stocks above 10 week moving average) - PnFers will alert the treads as soon as there are reversals...you can always ask me to check - and that's NOT because you think I rock ;-) Remember, Tom says to relax and enjoy the ride!
