Vitas, I like the way you read between the lines. But remember, cost cutting, or avoidance, is not always the answer. Efficiency is important, but cutting costs too much sometimes inhibits ability to take advantage of opportunities (short term view). I think the real answer is enabling growth, even if it cost money. So, as with any merger, deal, or date, it's not the initial investment, it's the general upkeep that will get you! However, $300 million could be interesting. Thanks for the post!
