Dan. maybe you would like to short NM. Be my guest. There are already 1.7 million shares short with 11 million in the float. Squeeze. This is a runaway train. And you should never get in the way of one of those.
NM is starting over in this new venture and the internet is the new field. With the new site coming up and the advertising blitz about to happen this is a stock just waiting to explode. As the other internets fell off today NM was very strong. The IBD article should rev these guys up even more. NM to $20 by Friday.

Daniel, If you look closely into the fundamentals of just about any internet co. you'll see things that by conventional standards don't look good. These things don't hold back the rise of internet stocks. If you focus on fundamentals, you wouldn't buy any internet stock and you'd probably end up losing a fortune shorting it. Mass psychology and momentum are the keys here. And the focus is on the future prospects, not the past or present fundamentals.

You're right in your indepth analysis, however, as a Day Trader, if it moves up, buy it, if it slows down or falls sell it. Don't marry it. Take the profit.

NM -- New company, new management. Those SEC filings are old hat.

Daniel, with regards to NM. You can't look at what the old company was doing. They already have revs of some $270 million. New management team comes on board, which is a great story in itself. Of course the books don't look great now, but you have to look at the future, which is awesome. As for the 57 million warrants, it is my understanding they are locked up for 2 years. Heck, we should have split 4 or 5 times until then and the 57 million won't be much dilution! (lol) Seriously though, in talking to some who are more knowledgeable of the situation than I am, these warrants are some kind of deal with the old management, and I am told that they can become a non-issue. There are ties to these warrants that have something to do with the change of management that may only come into effect base on performance (or lack thereof). If I can find more out, I will post, but after being concerned about them myself, my fears were put to rest about the dilution. Again, worst case, they are 2 years out, as I understand it.
