To: wl & Rand & shorts & helpers of shorts & feeders of others pain.

Shareholders still holding in the desert dirts after all these years
have a clear memory of all that has gone wrong, and all the promises
made and never keep, and all the test results that could not be taken
to the bank, and poor management decisions, and yet with all these
very easy to accept facts, there is one simple and easy fact that has
always been present that has done more damage by itself to prevent a
answers to the questions:

1. Are there precious metals in the desert dirt ?

And if so.

2. Can they be extracted at a profit to reward the investors ?

All those other factors will delay the answers, but that single
other factor can prevent an answer from being obtained, and can
even be a significate factor in putting a company into Chapter 11.

Whats sad about this factor is that it really has nothing to do
with the mining industry.

The following are an example, and just happens to represent a real
life and current example, still in progress.

wl & Rand & shorts & helpers of shorts & feeders of others pain.

The answer, yes or no, to the desert dirt story would have been
answered long ago if not for these types of people, and the type
of activities they engage in. Ofcourse, you and Rand and your type
have been on these threads, and off these threads doing your thing
to stop and crush and destroy and hurt, ever since the desert dirt
possibility came to life.

That is why the current shareholders are still here,
not glad or happy with past events,
but atleast we seem to finally have the upper hand over your types.

Now it looks like the answer to the dirt story can be made.

Will it be yes or no ?

Won't know until a couple days or weeks or months from now when new
testing results and extraction methods are completed.

But the difference now is that your type tried hard to crush all
attempts before an answer could be determined, and your type failed.

Your type is still there, trying, but now we know that we are very
close to knowing, that we now IGNORE your efforts.

You and your types do not want us to get the answer.

Sorry NOT.
