Schwab has a TEAM for frequent traders. The TEAM is nice and informed; however they cannot over-ride the Schwab policy of "resolve all monetary disputes in Schwab's favor". Once a team member agreed with me on a dispute and compromised with me, but emphatically stated she could only credit me free commisions on a trade to make up the credit, but under no circumstances could Schwab put money back into my acct. Sounds like Schwab has too many customers, and feels those customers are expendable... BTW, Thanks for the website trading info...
