Larry thanks!!!

If that's the case then I'll hold on to my NSCP shares. When analysts determine the value of the new INTERNET GIANT, AOL will never see the $ 90's again unless post-split. AOL was valued at $ 88 right before deal was announced. Can you imagine the new valuation of the complete INTERNET POWERHOUSE? It would control almost 70% of web traffic. Consumer and Business E-Commerce HUB will command a much higher valuation. Plus, this deal automatically bumps AOL already lofty profit margins by entering into the higher margin internet based commerce.

Glad to be on board and go AOL!!!!!!

Hector

<AOL will trade at a small discount to the conversion value>

how small ??? Currently AOL at 92 (X .45 = 41.40) and NSCP at 39.5 and falling. That's almost a 5% discount - pretty damn big spread - where are all the arbitrage boys on this one ?
