Evan-

The problem about the company's share price rose long before the financials were released.

Per my conversations with the IR, Mark if I remember correctly, he quite told me literally that a certain, to remain unnamed poster, told him that this poster was going to hype the company and there was nothing Mark could do about it.

I remember also that this poster made some false statements regarding the financial health of this company per it financials. In one of his posts he said that the financials were good and coming soon. (I'm too lazy right at the moment to track down the link).

Now the company did the classic bone head mistake of saying they had news coming and then have circumstances intercede that prevented them from releasing the news in a timely fashion.

This stock ran up on an artificial anticipation of big "news" coming, only to be dumped when the news never came.

The release of the financials rather than being the ressurection, became the kiss of death for share holder interest. The only reason more was expected from the finacials was because some hypster unaffiliated with the company said so on this thread and all the lemmings believe it.

The company never made any promises. they realized they were in a turn around scenario having refocused their business plan and strategies. They were honest in their full disclosue...something they did not have to do.

Now when I read the thread thru, I was amazed at how little to no DD was done on this company.

No one spent a moment analysing the business plan to see what was DIXS strategy to generate traffic for its sites through alliances with more "traditional" means of advertising. No one spent a moment determining how and if DIXS set itself apart from other on-line job providers and tradtional forms of career placement. No one assessed to whom they were targeting their market. No one critiqued the design and ease of use, or lack of, of their web page. no one assessed DIXS revenue potential and stream.

Considering the financials didn't account for current and forthcoming contracts from the "new" job listings, no one determined how quickly or when in the future to expect earnings.

Those who didn't do their dd and got sucked in by their greed on the pumped, should look in a mirror and blame themselves, rather than blame the company.

I am and I did.

Do some d@mn dd next time,

I did that too.

btw- it would be interesting to find out what is/ has really happened to this company's business and strategy especially since the financials demonstrated that this company was for "real"

spelling not checked
