Remember Bruce when pessimism is at its peak prices are at their best value. Buy when no one wants it sell when every one wants it. Often we wait for the pessimism to pass before investing so we pay too much. MMU is very near the bottom and with the increased pessimism in the ADP after yesterday, buying now should offer best opportunity to profit. I wish you well in the coming months.
