The Financial Post reports in its Friday edition that junior penny stocks are tipped to rebound. Reporter John Schreiner says that some "influential" newsletter writers, who follow Vancouver Stock Exchange and other junior listings, think that junior markets are ready to roll again. The market watchers say the VSE bear market is ending. In this week's Kaiser Bottom-Fishing Report, John Kaiser says the bear market is coming to an end. Mr. Kaiser says the VSE Composite Index has stabilized at the 400 level and were are now in the very early stages of the next junior market cycle. Chris Bunka of Bellingham, editor of Bunka's Outsider's Overture, says he is looking for a 200-point move to the upside in the next 60 days. He thinks investors should prepare to have 80 per cent or more of their speculative capital invested by early December. Less bullish Brian Fagan says there are some outstanding values but he is very selective. Hard Rock Analyst Eric Coffin says there is speculative buying again.
