From Oct. 22 to Oct. 27, seven Network Associates insiders sold 685,443 shares valued at about $27.4 million, according to CDA/Investnet. Chairman and CEO William Larson sold 300,000 shares. President Leslie Denend sold 146,593 shares via options exercises and open market sales and Chief Financial Officer Goyal Prabhat indicated he plans to sell 100,000 shares.
