I agree with Zeev that the Russell 2000 will not be making new highs in this move. But January usually is a good month for small caps. I suspect that Russell 2000 will go to perhaps 420 in January after pulling back to 390 or so the next few days.

Russell 2000 acted very well today. Up .64% to close at the high of the day. Looks like we will break decisively above 400 very soon. 420 should be no problem before this run is finished.
