Hi Lyn,

That one did fly didn't it. Depending on the sector bullish percent, you can buy partials and then add on pullbacks. You of course want to look at RS and FA too. If VTSS had a RS in X's, the sector wasn't too high maybe around 50% and the fundies looked good, you could buy partials in the scenario you described. If the sector is where it is now, you want to make sure the stock comes to you. VTSS has broken serious resistance and a nice pullback with good risk reward would be around 36/37 with a stop/hedge of 32. Right now it is too extended to chase and the sector is at 72%.
