I suspicion that tssw's big internet news may involve real-time remote analysis and remediation of clients intranets and a myriad of other possible applications. Given tssw's technical and diagnostic knowhow it seems to be a logical move IMHO. Net manage, has recently introduced similar products like 'SUPPORT NOW' and we are all aware of the origin of our ceo and head engineer. There is a huge market for this type of technology and tssw would be well served by administering technical support in this fashion. Even if they have to obtain licensure from another company for the real-time technology, they will have a huge outlet for administering service to clients. This is just a thought, not trying to start any rumors.

David--

Attended the annual meeting of TSSW this AM and here are some points from the meeting:

1. Company would not elaborate on specific new product development for fear that competition might hear too much--this is very understandable--I get the drift that there is one major new product in development and I suspect it has to do with the internet.

2. Company predicts that the loss in Q4 will be less than Q3 which was less than Q2 and that trend of improvement will continue.

continued:

3. Company operational costs for Sept were only 60% of costs for June.
4. I am EXTREMELY impressed with Ken Forbes--he is very focused and I believe that he is the man who can turn this around. Actually I believe the turn-around is well under way and that we may see significant results within 6 months.
5. Ken has got this whole group committed to excellence, and you can see it just by looking and talking with the employees.
6. I'm going to buy more shares!!
