From Briefing.com,

13:20 ET ******

(DAYTRADER): Given recent rally in shares of Creative Computers (MALL 38 5/16
+6 1/16) based on company's stake in soon to debut uBid (UBID) and strong advance
in Winfield Capital (WCAP 7 5/8 +1 7/8) shares due to company's more than 1 million
share position in Cyberian Outpost (COOL 38 +13), Briefing.com dug through the
SEC filings of the Internet companies scheduled to debut within the next month in search
of similar connections. We found that USA Networks (USAI 30 5/8 +1 1/4) owns
42.48 mln shares of Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch (TMCS). And, as reported
by Briefing.com earlier this month, Creative Computers will hold an 80% stake in online
auctioneer, uBid, after the IPO. Creative plans to distribute its stake in uBid to MALL
shareholders through a tax-free distribution.... Rally in e-commerce stocks continues.
Pundit projections of an explosion in holiday Internet spending, coupled with small float
of many of these stocks, continues to propel this group to stratospheric levels. Here is a
breakdown of leading e-commerce names by category: Online Auction: eBay (EBAY
216 1/16 +23 1/16), ONSALE Inc (ONSL 43 1/8 +14 1/8), Greg Manning Auctions
(GMAI 15 11/16 +3 3/16 ); Online Retailers: Amazon.com (AMZN 226 +8),
Cyberian Outpost (COOL), Software.net (BYND 28 +7 1/4), CyberShop (CYSP 14
7/8 +1 5/16), CDnow (CDNW 14 3/4 +1 1/4), N2K Inc (NTKI 11 3/16 +9/16).
Providers of Internet advertising services have also seen their shares rally on
expectations of strong holiday ad spending. Leading names in this category include
DoubleClick (DCLK 44 1/4 +5 3/8), 24/7 Media (TFSM 19 1/2 +2 1/16) and
NetGravity (NETG 19 7/8 +2 3/8).
