Date and price seem good, but I might be day dreaming.

Also, watch for any news with which Richard Henry Jones is involved in, he's the US Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If anyone is worried about WWS and the Kazakhstan negotiations being hampered because of the Presidential elections held in January 1999, don't be. The President of Kaz has crushed all formidable competition and is predicted winner.

Not shore about this one,
on December 8 & 9 there is 'The Caspien Pipeline Conference', although this conference does not pertain to WWS by industry, it is being held in Washington D.C. and is co-sponoured by The Embassy of Kazakhstan. It might be a important.
