Looking for the most parsimonious interpretation of the AZX problems in the face of conflicting information:

1. If the Longwoods project has good potential-
a. Hoult retains a large share position in AZX, and is fighting to regain control of the company.

2. If the Longwoods project has poor potential-
a. New management dumped stock.
b. Old management changed Naldrett's drilling plan.
c. ( Delayed) exploration results to date show low pgm grades.

Forget parsimonious, go with consistency? Comments?

To All:
Here is a website that may be of interest: www.anzexresources.com
It would appear that Mr. Hoult had to create this site in order to state his side of the issue. The shareholders meeting is scheduled in three weeks and it would seem that management differences will be settled here. I hope it is settled without inflicting much more damage to the company.
Sincerel;y,
