I see you have used Compstock for two years, but I wonder why you have such a negative opinion of ETrade's Level II when it seems you haven't used it and you can't even point out a couple of drawbacks so that I can learn more about what is and is not important when looking for a Level II service. I don't see why being free compared to the $300/month you are paying is a problem or makes you reach conclusions about the service quality. As I pointed out ETrade requires at least 300 trades a year so if you do some math, it's not free it's just astute marketing. Anyhow I'm getting the feeling you need to justify your $300/month and anything else is crap unless it costs the same or more. OK, I'll leave the subject because this thread is about Ciena and not E*Trade ... Let's see what CIEN is up to today ... Ramon.
