I bet it never worked.If it did I would love to know.RMIL is the classic example.Canadian shorts are all naked and any short done through a convertible has no worry as they have a limit on the upper price they pay.

David, That is interesting. Now obviously it would not be legal for a broker to NOT produce the share certificates demanded by the holders of that stock. I think that you are right, we do need to keep the pressure on our brokers to produce. I'll call DLJ again today.

Once again: Has anyone yet received their DCTC share certificates?? I am getting curious to see what they will look like now!
