Jack and Elliot, I totally disagree that the company is up for sale. At least not anywhere NEAR these levels. Clearly, that wouldn't keep someone from bidding, but management has made it very clear they aren't entertaining offers. In fact, in direct response to my question on the prior conference call, they said that basically any offers aren't getting by the "hello and goodbye" stage. Of course, this is just my take on it. People can speculate all they like about buyouts, but unless it's an unfriendly one, I just don't see it happening....except for maybe a management led buyout.... greg
