AMD from "neutral" to "accumulate" for both near and long-term and raises 1999 earnings
estimate from $1.00 to $1.55 per share. CNBC also reports he upgrades Newbridge
Networks (NN) and sets $28 to $30 price target for NN following in-line earnings after the
close yesterday.
