Per the public DCI website and from the FAQ's section: How long will the process take regarding the merger with Wavetech? As you know shareholders of both companies have to approve the merger, Also, the proxy material to be sent out to the shareholders of both companies has to be approved by the SEC. As a result , we anticipate approval in late January or early February, 1999. How long before the quiet period ends? The quiet period should be ending in about one week. Documentation is finalized except for Exhibits, one final signatures. James
