Hi Steve: Bought back the shs I sold at 6 5/8 a few days ago at 6 1/8 and added 1/3 more today at 7. Ironic - I first bought infr at 7. Seems like a lifetime ago. I am thinking that with all of these internet sales companies needing help desk support infr should be well positioned. And if the aol deal is legit it will really give them a boost when the details are announced. I know you like VNTV. Do you feel VNTV, RMDY, CLFY et al are good plays at this time? I still hold VNTV and added RMDY today on a spec. Hope you're well,and have great holiday!

The E-Commerce Explosion should create huge demand for the Internet customer support software of INFR-- the AOL-Netscape merger could provide a huge boost. With clients that include Gateway, AOL, Siebel Systems, Periphonics etc., I have to conclude that INFR has the "upper tier" software for the E-Commerce-Internet boom--during the recent conference call, INFR implied they are not aware of any "dominant" competitor for their software niche! INFR ONWARD AND UPWARD TO NEW HIGHS!!!
