Great news for the long run. DRIV is raising the equity it expected to get prior to the scaled-back IPO in August when market conditions were poor. DRIV is on an ambitious growth curve which requires capital in order to compete effectively. Take a look at Inktomi (INKT) after they recently announced a secondary offering (it soared to new all-time highs). I remain very long on DRIV. Regards.
