Don't know if you caught Alan Braverman's interview this AM on CNBC. Alan is a Managing Director and Internet Analyst for Deutsche Bank.

When analyzing his sector, he broke down the industry into three components: access, advertising and e-commerce. Access is a mature business, advertising is still growing but not as mature and e-commerce is the next area of explosive growth. He indicated that e-commerce has penetrated 2% of annual retail sales of $175 billion and is growing rapidly.

According to Mr. Braverman, this is why the e-commerce stocks have suddenly been in high demand. His recommendations centered on the search engine stocks and AOL.

In my view, being that DRIV is the leader in ESD e-commerce transactions it will continue to get a lot of attention on the Street.

Regards.
