Yes, but if they are called on the puts it will reduce their net worth by six billion, or almost 1/3. In other words, there is a risk that the price/book is understated. It's a big premium to pay for a company that will probably lose a major anti-trust suit and derives 50% of it revenue for what will be one product, it's OS.

Your right, they are covered, I forgot about the treasury, but my original point stands.
