I think that is a good note to mark the top for 1998. We had a five waves down and three waves up to the minute (all in very small degrees - 5 minute chart). iqc.com A good double top for the year and at Plonk's 1192 SPX target. It is a neat place to turn around and start heading down... Bottom line: it is a guess.
