Ed, May I be the first to express utter amazement!!!! By noon, NNC.to had traded 3M shares, almost 4X its daily volume. By noon, NN had traded more than 4M shares, over 5X its daily volume. In Toronto, it's up more than $5. In NY, it's up more than $3. And you ask, "Is there anyone watching the tape this am that can tell us about the size and frequency of big block trades and whether they are on the ask?" Usually, I'd say, "What do you think?" This time a shorter response is in order, "Do you think?" ;-) Ian <VBG>
