I just bought more ktel. Softbank may make a cash infussion into KTEL for stock below market. This will be not good news for ktel shorts. Softbank has invested in crummy stocks before. Should be a squeezing good time. I agree. I added to my position yesterday. Softbank is into e-trade, Yahoo and many other cutting edge internet plays, and is a very savvy Japaneese investment group. Their interest carries great weight by me. Do you believe all these lawyers on the newswires? They think that they've a right to sue just because KTEL has shown a little volatility. Well, I held KTEL through the short term spike and think these lawyers should do something constructive with their time rather than file lawsuits just because the stock showed a little volatility and some over-anxious investors were dumb enough to buy at the very peak of a short term (two week) movement. My respect for the legal profession is greatly diminished watching all these vultures with law degrees circle. The rumors of KTEL's death are GREATLY eggagerated. Then theres this Keith Benjamin Bank America Robert Stevens Amazon.com momo hyper giving negative press interviews about KTEL. We know this guy's number. Hype Amazon (isn't AMZN, which has never turned a dime profit valued over 10 billion dollars now?), and slam KTEL. His opinion simply is not at all credible. KTEL has a longer established brand name than Amazon.com and I think these compensated hypers must be shaking in their pants worrying that KTEL is going to steal Amazon.com's thunder. I cannot wait for KTEL to take care of the capital issues and ramp up sales, and begin cutting more creative link deals with high volume sites like it has with Playboy (exclusively) and Microsoft. When that happens, these shorts are gonna find out that KTEL is far from dead... its a company that has great sales and marketing history, excellent website, a private music catalog, and more going for it than Amazon.com ever had. Note also that KTEL is selling videos on its web site too. This stock has tremendous upside potential. There is clear evidence that the big boys are shaking. Thanks for the evidence, Mr. Keith Benjamin. I wonder if any of the other Amazon.com paid stooges are going to start slamming KTEL soon. The self-interested reasons for the KTEL slams are 100% transparent. We've got us a runner here. Shorts, BEWARE. -- Zax
