Again, Jack, I'm not saying they don't make a good target...that they do... I am just saying they think they can pull themselves up by the bootstraps in time to become profitable. As a matter of fact, they last I remember, they felt this Q would be break-even and next Q would be probitable. Of course, that remains to be seen. If they can become profitable and get relisted, they would be able to demand more from potential suitors. Hey, at this point, I'd take $1.75, but I don't think management will entertain offers. greg
