I was told the story was given to Dow Jones and "maybe" they'll run it and Dow wonders why noone wants to buy their fuc ing service. Its real important to announce every morning that there was not any international nasdaq trading overnight. Dows problem is they are filled with delusions of importance

The announcement definitely sounds like good news. So far, it is also looking like one of CXI's stealth announcements of good news timed for minimal market exposure. I hate to be cynical, but it does seem like a setup for insiders to pick up shares cheap before the news gets trumpeted.

A GAO reconsideration that could put CXI back in the chase is obviously BIG news that could/should catapult the stock price.
