I read further and saw that the topic had been discussed "ad nauseam" as someone so aptly put it. So I deleted my post.

Bottom line is someone ought to make this guy an offer he can't refuse--he ought to be terribly ashamed of himself and HDIE should be ashamed to have him as the Chairman of the Board, as I am sure they are.

His selling gives a completely false impression of what is happening with the company and all shareholders suffer from that.

The guy is slime.

When a chairman persistently sell a $3 stock that is not typical insider selling for divorces, houses, tuition, and all the other bullshit rationalizations given for insider selling. You don't sell
if you believe the stock is undervalued.
For a chairman to sell in this manner is bad for morale of employees who working to make the company successful and get the price up, also shows lack of leadership qualities for not
recognizing this. A very poor example of corporate leadership and shows complete unawareness of what is necessary to be a winner.
Still long HDIE but will be longer when he is gone.
