Actually, its old news -- and it becomes more and more moot as the share price increases. There are so many class-action suits around that it can make your head spin. FWIW, these suits rarely have any affect on the share price. And they often loose (see suit against COMS last year). Just another opportunity for lawyers to make a dime out of unsuspecting shareholders.

These law firms are like killer sharks. They automatically file a class action lawsuit and hope that some sucker will step forward to act as their respondent (shill). Than the lawyers pocket all the money in legal fees and the poor sucker gets pennies for his effort. Some game!

Any INVESTOR ever made any losses back on a class action stock lawsuit?????
