Me too. I just can't figure why they would do a press release on it. Although, I have a lot of faith in John Limbert.

>>>This release makes me nervous(CheckFree Performance Management Team release)

I received the following response from CheckFree:

The announcement we made is part of CheckFree's ongoing efforts to ensure the highest level of service for our customers as we work toward Pete Kight's goal of "dial-tone quality and beyond."

As part of our efforts to achieve that dial-tone quality, the company is continually looking for ways to improve our customer care services, evidenced earlier this year by the hire of John Limbert. Under John's experienced guidance, we work daily to identify new and better ways to provide top-quality service for each of our customers. This new team is the result of those efforts.

Our reasoning behind announcing this to the public was to demonstrate CheckFree's commitment to attain and provide dial-tone quality service, as well as to show the checks-and-balances we're putting in place to maintain our high standards. CheckFree feels this is one of many reasons why we are -- and will continue to be -- the leader in this industry.
