We just bounced back from hitting 58 3/8. I just cleaned off my crystal ball. I think we will close above 58! Friday is anyones guess. Monday will blow away 58 and go up past 60. go asnd! Cheers.. Chris

No Gary, I think the 500/550 are much more profitable than the 9000's. But that's the problem--Ascend probably was not willing to compromise on price. So the Chinese decided to use the low-priced vendor--Newbridge for the core. Good for Newbridge. They should still have all the features that the 9000 give them, as long as they are successful interfacing them with the Newbridge switches. 9000's are much cheaper switches originally designed for FR. But they can provide most of the value that the 500's can, except that they are smaller switches. bucky89
