Jens, just got off the phone with Dustan and the 10Q has not been filed, but should be finished the beginning of next week. He told me nothing to hide, no secrets or problems, but accounts and attorneys are still working on it. The FAMC deal made more work for this filing, but he was open and upbeat about things in general. Always nice to see someone so comfortable talking to a shareholder and willing to answer questions openly. Everyone, have a great Thanksgiving, I know I have much to be thankful for. KR, John
