Not exactly the same thing. If the pro-life position is that a human being is killed at the time of the abortion, then you can make the argument that it is no different than the systematic, wholesale killing that took place during the Holocaust. I'm not advancing this position, but you made the statement that it was illogical for the pro-life adherents to have a such a view.

I'm strictly theorizing about this, but let me ask you, do you think that an individual could have made a "justifyable" decision to kill Josef Mengele, given the opportunity, in an effort to save innocent lives from extermination during WWII?
